Yoga is for Everybody!

Tandra has taught in the health and wellness field for more than 16 years, and has been teaching yoga for twelve years now. Tandra is 200 hours certified with Prajna Yoga in Santa Fe, NM and worked with Tias and Surya Little the owners of Prajna Yoga. Tandra has assisted Tias in very large venues in Denver, as well as, the Yoga Journal in Estes Park.

Stephanie has been in the health and wellness field for the past 4 years, after a 29 year career in the restaurant industry. She recently received her 200 hour yoga certification from Full Circle Yoga and has also studied and received a certification in Restorative Yoga. Stephanie loves to teach small classes where she can spend focused attention on each student in the class. 

Class Descriptors:

Vin/Yin-Start with a flow and end with 30 min of Yin. (Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia.)

Yoga Infused Barre-After warming up we will enjoy a yoga flow, followed by a series of core focused barre movements. Barre is a combination of Pilates, yoga, exercise, and ballet.

Therapeutic Movement-Good for trauma, both physical and emotional recovery, scar tissue, impingement, cancer rehab and auto immune diseases

Happy Hour Flow-A slow vinyasa flow is a great way to end your day, connecting breath to movement and working on postures (asanas). 

Rest & Restore Yoga (Restorative)-Restorative yoga is a series of 5-6 poses, supported with props that allow you to completely rest and relax. Restorative includes light twists, forward folds, and gentle back-bends. Great class for beginners or those who want to rest and relax.

Dynamic Movement-A dynamic flow class connecting breath to movement. Highly recommend that you currently have a yoga practice. (Level 1-2)

Morning Meandering Meditation-Join us for a morning of breath practice, meditation, and ending with savasana. Each week, we will explore a new type of meditation.
