After years as an executive in the restaurant business, As the lead wellness advocate, I realized enough was enough. At 249 pounds I was tired, starting to have health problems, and sick of trying diets.


Finally, I began to adopt a mentality of changing all aspects of my life to realize changing your health is not just nutrition, but a mental and physical change as well. 


Through meditation, yoga, aerobic exercise, and embracing delicious and nutritious food options, I was able to drop over 87 pounds, and have a more positive overall life. 


I've decided to spread the word on how I changed my life. My goal is to help my clients love themselves into the life they have always imagined!
